❤️This is one of my all-time favorite movies I love the idea of a place where you never have to grow up❤️
  • Just because it’s a classic doesn’t make the racism okay

I get it. It’s a classic from a different era. But I wish I could return it - I fast forwarded through almost half the movie for its depiction of “redskins”, “injuns”. I don’t normally post reviews, but if you haven’t seen it before or were unaware of how much of the plot is based on its racist depiction of Native Americans, you should be warned before your kids start mimicking it.

I loved watching this movie when I was a kid. I still love it to this day. I can remember of dressing as Captain Hook for Halloween when I was 5 or 6 years old, and acting out the part as I was watching the movie. I really hope that Disney will plan to re-release “Fantasia” from (1940), digitally in the near future. I would really love to have it on digital. I hope it can include a “Making of Fantasia” documentary as an iTunes extra feature. Please, Disney. Please re-release the original (1940 version) of “Fantasia” next.

Come on Disney...yes...this is a classic but 20 bucks for a 1953 movie ? Disappointing...

While I am very excited about the movie being released from the Disney vault-limited time. Which is the best version to purchase? I purchased the opposite copy of this one from iTunes 5/30/2018. I will be contacting Apple to see if they can answer this question in case I would want to purchase this copy for special content or updating.

  • Annoying sales tactic...

I purchased Peter Pan a while back. Now they have released this version which iTunes says I have not purchased which sort of suggests that Disney hopes people will buy multple versions of the same movie. To be fair, Disney isn't the only company that does this but it really is annoying. Five stars for the movie, one for this underhanded approach.
  • Disney revokes digital rights previously purchased —> beware!!!

As many others have said - I had previously purchased this movie and Disney decided to revoke the ability to play the digital copy I previously purchased. Adding insult to injury, $20 for a digital copy of a move that is not new?! So Disney is now biting the hands that feed them...
  • Why are there TWO Peter Pans on iTunes?

One of them is the one we’ve been waiting for, while the other one is from the Diamond Edition in 2013, but with updated cover art.
